About the role:

We are looking for one Senior Business Development Executive and one Business Development Executive whose roles have an outbound sales and business development focus to develop client and learner relationships and increase revenue opportunities across all Brands of Roffey Park Institute. These roles will focus on active outbound calls and respond to incoming customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively contributing to the development of new client business development.
  • Proactively delivering outbound campaigns to identify potential prospects, following up leads and opportunities to support business development priorities.
  • Monitoring the enquiries inbox and live website chat, responsible for responding to enquiries within 3 hours, nurturing those enquiries through to conversion
  • Growing a referral base through building strong and robust client relationships
  • Building relationships with programme alumni (pre and post-programme) to build loyalty and develop cross-selling opportunities
  • Building a pipeline of potential clients and learners to generate revenue for open and qualification programmes as well as tailored and consultancy.
  • Inputting client and learner information into Salesforce
  • Following up with customers
  • Explaining our products and services to clients and learners

About you:

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will need telesales and digital telemarketing experience. You will need the ability to build strong working relationships and be able to multi-task and work under pressure. You will have an enthusiastic and energetic approach to managing client relationships, with strong influencing skills and the confidence to make calls and have conversations with potential new clients, and you will be proficient with all MS Office packages.
