Introduction

We need a Visual Designer to help us to convey the value of our work and its impact to our clients in the best possible way. We believe in the importance of visual design to help illustrate complex problems, improve collaboration, and increase the value of what we deliver to our clients.

We work across a wide variety of industries and markets, covering both physical and digital projects.

The role

As a Visual Designer, you will contribute to any phase of a project for example: enhancing the visual design of our presentations at the bidding stage, creating outstanding graphics to explain and illustrate complex insights gathered during a research phase, producing graphic design assets or working directly on a product’s design system.

Working with talented teams of business developers, project managers, software engineers, analysts, consultants and researchers, your focus will be on effective, creative delivery for clients wanting to make a real difference to real lives.

Your Work Will Include

  • Designing presentation materials, documents, and digital assets.
  • Creating infographics and data visualizations that convey ideas, concepts and insights based on a range of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Creating, maintaining, and evolving design systems.
  • Helping to tell stories by designing beautiful and engaging motion graphics and short videos.
  • Collaborating effectively, by remaining open to ideas and opinions of others, and being able to gather useful feedback from stakeholders.
